SEC: Ford Credit Finding

Washington, D.C., June 14, 2005 - The United States Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that Ford Motor Credit Company has agreed to the issuance of a cease-and-desist order, paying disgorgement of $700,000 and implementing a series of remedial reforms to settle Commission charges related to its marketing of its so-called “Ford Money Market Account.” (more…)
